Meeting
Homeowners
in attendance: Paul Heberle. 1.
November and December financials will be approved at Feb. Meeting. 2.
Board discussed Homeowners request to change lights in parking lot as
they were shining into his home. Several of the board members drove over to
the parking lot to see what the situation was and all decided that no action
was necessary as the lights were not directly shining into his home. Beverly
will send a letter to him to inform him of our decision. 3.
Homeowner called Beverly to tell her of a drainage problem she was
having from a neighbor’s yard. Beverly informed her that she would need to
call the county to get that taken care of. 4.
Home on the regency side has had a car parked in the driveway with a
rug on top of it for months. Beverly talked to the owner and told him it must
be moved by next week or she will have it towed. 5.
Holiday decorations:
Board has decided to purchase some additional wreaths for the Regency
side for next year. We also talked about posting a date for Christmas
decorations to come down. No date was set. We will discuss at next meeting. 6.
Retention Pond fence-behind 3285 Oxwell. Homeowner says the land is
eroding from the retention pond behind her house and the fence is now
affected. Board members will check this out and decide what measures to take
regarding the issue.

It was also decided that we would have Woodland Landscape clear some of
the shrubbery around the retention pond that is interfering
with the all the fencing. 8.
Shop insurance: Beverly thinks we are paying too much for insurance.
She got a quote from State Farm that was considerably lower.
Sandy will also get a quote from an agent she knows and we will then
decide who we are going to chose at the next meeting. 9.
Newsletter: Next newsletter is scheduled for February 24th.
Items to be included are:
storage of trash cans, unpaid HOA dues (stating Mar. 1st all unpaid
dues will be turned over to collections) 10.
Collections: Beverly asked for permission to do title search on
outstanding homeowners' dues letters that have come back. Board okayed this. 11.
Modifications to association documents: Board members will review and
have changes by Feb. meeting. 12.
Artificial flowers:
Beverly has sent a letter to homeowner on Regency side with the
artificial flowers and will send another one as they have not removed them. 13.
Beverly working on current violations and will walk community the first
part of February. 14.
Bev and Tony will walk the community to see who still has missing
numbers on their mailboxes. Tony will then replace them at a charge of $15.00. 15.
